game..

hehehe...i've should have posted this aged ago....you might say that I was bored of typing things into my blog...a lot had since last I post....

The first is on the 27th of April I had become of a legal age...that's right people...I am now 21 years old...damn..that make me feel old just acknowledging it...Sue,K.Hir,K.Im,K.Murni,K.farhana,Sarah,Tasha and Fadzil made some celebration for me...thanks guys...

The next day(28th of April) was the day for Kursk Game...the Malaysian Intervarsity Game III...yes it was held in our beloved Kursk...and I had a part in it..hehehe I was one of the performer for the opening ceremony..it was a Malay dance...

The best part of Kursk Game is that Qey come and visit me in Kursk...and as a good friend I was made the official tour guide of Kursk for Qey and his friends...so he came with Sam and Eugene...they were a bunch of great guys..they were hillarious....so the first day we stayed at Shotmash to watch futsal and I help K./hir with the stall...Our women futsal kick a$$...woohoo...good on you girls....

the second day we spent our time the uni and watch volleyball...what fun...the final is between Kusrk(KSMU) and RSMU (Qey's uni)....it was so intense....it was like watching England and Spain during last world cup....Both KSMU and RSMU get to the final without losing...well we did loose to RSMU but that was intentionally..we we're going to the final anyway...so the final;
RSMU had a national voleyball player on their side;Alex....we had 2 state player;Jon and Foo...so the 1st game went to KSMU with a close win..I mean the game was like...service over with a nice geme in between...the 2nd game went to RSMU with a 25-23 win I think...it is also a great game...but the best game was the 3rd game...It was neck to neck...RSMU reach the 20 point mark first and all of them are already celebrating...and we were only 19 point at that time...we felt that all hope is lost and we had just lost the game...it turn out that they need to finish till the 25 point and play 2 more games..so we we're cheering our team to go crazy....the game was really great...it was like RSMU lead then it was KSMU..it went back and forth...but we manage to cleanched the game...we were so psyched....we continue on for the 4th game....it also went back and forth...it was really crazy..and when we acctually won...it was unbeliavable...the game...the players...the supporters...the atmosphere was...i don't know...almost magical i guess....i think everyone was in an adrenaline rush...the game was suppose to end at 5pm...but they finish at 6.30.....it was great...I wish I had a video of that game.....the attack and counter-attack between the two teams are incredible...I won't miss the next game in Moscow for the world....

The game was great...the other great thing is the cheering battle between KSMU and RSMU supporters...we as the home team had an advantage of course what's with our cheerleading squad(yup..we're the only uni that have them) but the RSMU supporter give as good as they take...what fun...I lost my voice over that tournament..hehehe

The third day was the day for sightseeing....acttually Qey, Sam and Eugene weren't official suporters so they stayed back to "see" Kursk...we had a problem with accomodation...at first Qey and the others were supposed to sleep at Farhan's room...but then security was tighten and nobody who aren't living in the hostel can not enter the hostel....so the first night they stayed in another hostel cause al the hotels in Kursk are full(I don't think the hoteliers had expected anything like that)...the second night they check in at their hostel at 12 midnight....the hotel system is crazy....so the third day was quite windy and dark...I so wanted to stay in bed...but theb I never regret that I went out that day...we went and have brunch at Tashir's...then we went to the museum (I never even know we have a museum here...and I didn't know where it is...so much of being a tour guide...hehehe) there were this catastrophy of the human's body exhibition...all of the figure was acttualy made base from real people...I mean they were people with 4 eyes...one with 3 legs...a chinese man that is VERY tall..anyway then we went to a tour of the museum which is very cultural..they first start during the dinasours age untill the Chechen war....

I'm tired already..mayb next time...dodoi..bangun...

Just a thought...

Pick up this from my YM

Every night, someone thinks about you before they go to sleep. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.The only reason someone would hate you is because they want to be just like you.There are at least 2 people in this world that would die for you.You mean the world to someone. Someone that you dont even know exists loves you.When you make the biggest mistake ever,something good comes from it.When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look again.Always remember the compliments received. Forget the rude remark.

Saw1....now 2

I just watched SAW 2....It was as great as watching SAW 1...I knew that it will basiclly follow the same game plan as SAW 1..so I tried listening as close as possible to all the dialogues in the story..but still tthe surprises keep popping up..it was damned good...I think it's gonna be a classic like Silence of the lamb...let's just hope people don't over do the movie....

While I was looking up at the SAW 2 site..I was wondering who directed the first SAW....so I had it google...Lo..and behold...It was James Wan...and he's a MALAYSIAN...hahahaha...It's just like any Malaysian to jump into someone's wagon when there's a remote chance that they have Malaysian blood in their veins (remember Guy Sebastian)...

Anyway SAW 2 was really great...they even go back to the bathroom set of SAW 1...I mean how many movies acttualy uses that technique....the movie was unique....so I just can't wait to see SAW 3 seeing that James Wan will be co-producing it...I hope there will be a lot of blood

Oh yes....There will be blood!!!!!!

~~~~~
After the depressing post before, I'm back with an uplifted mood....how can my mood be uplifted???by looking at the most cheesiest group of young men trying to croone out some love ballads...YUKSS!!!!They are Us5...(I'm sorry if I hurt their fan's felling but since it's my blog I can say anything I want rite??)They are a mix of Euro and American kids which is establish by some reality show telivised in German and is being produced by the same producer as BSB,NSYNC,LFO and O-Town...hell they look like BSB incarnated to me...there's this Aoran Carter look alike...seriously if they put him AoranCater and Nick Carter together..people will think they were family...Don't beleive me???go to thei website and see for yourself
http://www.triple-m-music.com/us5.com/
Seriously after looking at their video and heard some of their song I wondered why on earth did I jump into the whole boy-band bandwagon years ago...they are so...I don't have a better word then cheezy....Anyway thanks to them I had a laugh and my mood had been uplifted but they do have this one guy......(Jay Khan)
.....
Life is maddening when it drag you down and suck out all he energy from you...at first you were carried by all the colourful promises and the sparkling lights...you can feel happy...and when the darkness reached out to you...what can you do???all the promises seems so empty and all the lights couldn't shine on the darkness and make it bearable...so what do you do???try to find a new source of light???try to shift thru all the promises to find just a glimer hope that can light up the way???trying to be optimistic wouldn't help when everything around you push you down and trod upon your body.....so how do you pick up all the broken pieces and glue thood em back...will it still be the same????
A song from Good Charlotte at the end of Meet My Maker
Lost and broken,
hopeless and lonely,
smiling on the outside,
hurting beneath my skin,
my eyes is fading,
my soul is bleeding,
I'll try to make it OK,
but my faith is wearing thin,
So help me heal this wounds,
they've been open for way too long,
help me fill this hole,
eventhought this is not your fault,
that I'm open and I'm bleeding,
all over your brand new rug,
and I need someone to sew them up,
I only wanted the magazine,
I only wanted the movie screen,
I only wanted the life I read about and dream
And now my mind is an open book,
and now my heart is an open wound,
and now my life is open so for all to see,
So help me heal this wounds,
they've been open for way too long,
help me fill this hole,
eventhought this is not your fault,
that I'm open and I'm bleeding,
all over your brand new rug,
and I need someone to help me,
So you come along,
and I pushed you away,
then kick and scream for you to stay,
and I need someone to help me,
and I need someone to help me,
So help me heal this wounds,
they've been open for way too long,
help me fill this hole,
eventhought this is not your fault,
that I'm open and I'm bleeding,
all over your brand new rug,
and I need someone to sew them,
I need someone to fill then
I need someone to close them off......
Different P.O.V
I just notice that as I learned how complicated the body really is, normal people still thought that the body is just a simple mechine..take this for instance;
I message Umi asking what she did after her episode of hypotension..she replied that she took Ferum to build up her Hemoglobin...I replied back that is a treatment for people with Amenia...and she replied back that as long as the bllod is ok, everything else will be OK...
I miss those innocent moments when most of our simple disease can be explain by the simple explanation like..."oh, angin je tu"....now that physilogy is almost over...you can think of various reason that you could have a headache and stomach ache....you're blood pressure is low...you're probbably hypoglycimic (low gluccose level in blood)...
And that's not yet the treatment of this peity diseases..back then it was all about "minyak kapak", Panadol, maybe some Ponstan and "minyak angin"..now most students who already taken Pharmacology in the 3rd year know which medicine to take..and the 1st and 2nd year student just asked the senior...the clinic is just there to give us MC...I guess that is just how medical students anywhere would act...why go to the clinic when you can diagnos your self and prescribe your own medicine right????
OK today is just weird...first I had a major control for microbiology..and last night I went to watch Just Like Heaven...great movie..like the guy in it....anyway...study as ussuall try to recollect the information about actinomycetes, mycoplasma, Gram positive and negative, their structure, the history of microb and about othe miniscule organism...sight...then we got to know that the major consist of 3 part...slide preparation (make your own microb smear and try to recognize it n tell the teacher what it is)...computer test (30+ question) and oral (she ask..you answer)...and we thought that it was ONLY computer test..hahaha...in our face...thank god I pass (OK let me brag for a while...I'll delete this portion later ;) I got 65/70 in the comp test..my slide was A and I answered the oral without mistake(xcept when trying to pronounce pathologicity [does the word even exist?????]) so I got 5..which translate into Malaysian grading system is an A...Umi and Ayah you can be proud of me too...hahahahaha
Then at 3pm we had a class at Besempe hospital for Nursing Surgery classes...today was lucky coz when we arrive the doctor (our teacher is a surgeon in the purulent [amything that have pus in it] department) was about to do a procedure on a patient..they suspected that the patient have pus in his lung..the patient was 70ish and walkig with a catherer in his hand...so the surgeon give novocain first...a lot of it...then he started poking the patient lateral part of the lung trying to find the pus with a REALLY LONG & BIG needle...and he kept drawing blood..then he said that there's no pus..so he was going to send the patient to another department....then something weird happen....
I felt something trying to come out from my stomach and I remember that my teacher asked wether I'm alrite and I answer that I wasn't feeling well then I grip the bed behind me....the next thing I remember was someone slapping me, taking my pulse and rasing my leg....Yes ladies and gentelment...I PASSED OUT....and I don't know what cause it...the thing is I remember someplace dark with yellow light(you know when you drive thru KL during the night with the yellow street light passing you) and heard voices like I was sitting in a cafe or something..weird huh??? when I woke up I was woozy...they said I passed out like almost 10 minutes...and I didn't feel anything at all or remember anything for that matter...
My friend said that my eyes were rolling back...they said that I looked like I was posessed or something..and that I acttually did collapsed...the funny thing is that I didn't feel anything during the procedure..no headache,nausea or nothing...and Ain was feeling all this thing...when she stand next to me...I thought she was gonna pass out...and now...and get this they even have a video of me when I was coming to...what great friends I have as groupmate rite???now everyone will know about it by the time I got to lecture tomorrow...why???cause they already started to tell everyone they met..in the bus...in the lift...great....when I got back home I check my BP (blood pressure) it was 100/60...Tasha told me it was normal..when I got back to my room and tell Kak Farhana, she said it was low cause my norm BP was 120++..so I had a case of mild hypotension...so people
I DID NOT FAINT BECAUSE OF THE BLOOD!!!!
winter blues
Haven't been blogging for a few weeks now...and its all thanks to Mr.Depp...I downloaded The Corpse Bride and max out(actually I had overspend my limit) my internet MB for the month...and how much did it cost me to download this movies...roughly 600MB...that equal 2000 rubles and aproximately RM200....yikes...even the original don't cost that much...and because of the movie I didn't get online...but the movie was worth it....I like it..gonna burn it just as soon as I can get my hand on a blank cd....
I just started class after my 1 week of winter holiday....and what did I do???play games....watch movies....watch series....go to padfak to get more movies....yeah...boring right.....anyway bellow was some of the movies n games I played
a) Lord of The Ring:The Third Age =>PS2, 5/5, great RPG,luv the story line,give me a great headache since I tried paying it non-stop for 14 hours...ouch!!!
b)Love Story in Havard =>Korean drama series, 5/5, a great SOB story...I wanna be a doctor like Soo In Lee
c)The Perfect Score =>Movie, 3/5, a story on how some student stealing the SAT exam answer but didn't use...dummy...but the story was kinda nice....K.Murni had a theory about BITS n all..
d)Syiriana =>Movie,5/5,a Matt Damon n George Clooney's movie...a story that every American should watch...heck...everybody in the world should watch it....then you'll see how ZALIM the US of A really are...
e)My Lucky Star, Cat and Mouse =>Hong Kong, comedy
f)Orang Gaji2:Bomoh, Anak Mami Kembali =>Malay, comedy
h)The unborn, Shutter, One miss call 1&2 =>Scary, The first 2 are Thai's....Shutter was really spooky and scary...1 miss call was Japan..also great specially the ringtone...some guys got it and the ringtone spread around in KSMU...
i)King Kong =>Ok la...not that bad..luv King Kong...but I like watching Andrian Brody more...didn't think that Jack Black could be so serious and evil at the same time...it was a superb perfomance from him
j)Tru Calling(Season 1&2), Scrub (S:1,2&3), Grey's Anatomy (S:1&2), House M.D (S:1&2) => This is all the TV series that I'm starting and am restricting myself to 1/2/3 episodes per day...hehehehe...Grey's Anatomy season 1 is great..already finish it....
The previous 2 days (8&9th February) we got a holiday...why???coz the temperature outside was nearing -30 Celcius....so we had the day off....Just started school and we had a break already...That remind me of the story of the people in Yakuttiya (north-east in Russia)...their winter is ussualy -60 Celcius and their SUMMER is -30Celcius...and when we asked Madam what they did there...she simply said "They drink"..hehehehe
Outlandish
I'm hooked..Thid group is the best..there's no words to explain how they did music..it's a pity that they aren't well known outside of europe and aussie....they are fabolous...here's one song that I just downloaded and it seem to be a hit with their fans..and I can relate to it....It's call "Look into my eyes"...it was first a poem that a palestanian poet wrote...the video for the song is also really good...it have all this metaphore that makes one think....and the thing that I like most is the lyric...the first time time I heard it...the lyric hooked me....
Look into my eyes
Look into my eyes
Tell me what you see
You don't see a damn thing 'cause you can't relate to me
You're blinded by our differences
My life makes no sense to you
I'm the persecuted one
You're the red, white and blue
Each day you wake in tranquility
No fears to cross your eyes
Each day I wake in gratitude
Thanking God He let me rise
You worry about your education
And the bills you have to pay
I worry about my vulnerable life
And if I'll survive another day
Your biggest fear is getting a ticket
As you cruise your Cadillac
My fear is that the tank that has just left
Will turn around and come back
Chorus:
Yet, do you know the truth of where your money goes?
Do you let your media deceive your mind?
Is this a truth nobody, nobody, nobody knows
Has our world gone all blind?
Do you know the truth of where your money goes?
Do you let your media deceive your mind?
Is this a truth nobody, nobody, nobody knows?
Someone tell me...
Bridge:
Ooohh, let's not cry tonight
I promise you one day it's through
Ohh my brothers, Ohh my sisters
Ooohh, shine a light for every soul that ain't with us no more
Ohh my brothers, Ohh my sisters
See I've known terror for quite some time
57 years so cruel
Terror breathes the air I breathe
It's the checkpoint on my way to school
Terror is the robbery of my land
the torture of my mother
The imprisonment of my innocent father
The bullet in my baby brother
The bulldozers and the tanks
The gases and the guns
The bombs that fall outside my door
All due to your
You blame me for defending myself
Against the ways of my enemies
I'm terrorized in my own land
But am I the terrorist?
(Chorus)
(Bridge)
America, do you realize that the taxes that you
the forces that traumatize my every living day
So if I won't be here tomorrow
It's written in my fate
May the future bring a brighter day
The end of our wait
pause....
(Bridge) x2
Age of Mythology
Finally I finished my Age of Mythology (AOM) campaigns...it took like forever...well ok..almost 1 and half months...hehehe...at first it was really exciting coz I really like the Greek, mythology and stuff...but then I got my internet connection back..futher more...Fadzil got great movies to watch....so...I was a bit late to finish off the campaign...anyway it gots like 30+ campaign to do...
It was really fun n at the same time you gain knowledge about ancient myth...I did a lot of reading (what I can get from the internet anyway) prior to playing the game...why???cause it's much more exciting..it's like when you choose the god you want or make the heroes you want and then you'll go like..ahaa...he was this and this...yeah she was the god of bla..bla..bla....
The game's storyline was great...who whould have thought that there are a link between the Atlantean(yup..they exist!!), the Egyptian and the Norse....and all their gods....they do have plenty of gods...they are like 3 major gods for each civilization...and 9-12 minor gods....the best people with awesome god power would be the Atlantean (they have the Greek gods..basically some of the heroes are from Greek lagend..e.g; Odeyseus(sp??), Chiron, Achilles, n others) what do all of this people have in common...to stop Kronos (he was one of the Titan and father of Zeus and Posseidon and Hera and Hades and...I can't remember..but I think they were like 6 or 8 of his children) from being release from the underworld where he was held....and there were 4 gates to the underworld....in Greek, Egypt, Norseland and Atlanta...so our heroes went on a journey to stop Kronos from being freed and destroy mankind....
anyway...this won't be the last since I got the sequel to it Age of Mythology:Titans (AOMT)...in this one...we get to play and control the Titan..hehe..can't wait...but I'll postponed it till after my exam....guess my roomate have to endure my shouting of "DAMN THOSE MEDUSAS!!!".."great they got my army surrounded"..."shoot..forgot to save.."...hahaha sorry Kak farhana.... ;]
3M
No it's not some brand name or nothing...just my friend....Marissa Masri..why the 3M....cause we always put Mercedez behind her name....hahahaha...
You know how every class have this one person that can talk non-stop, and being really nasty and bitchy...well my class have 2..or is it 3..or 4...well anyway...Marissa is one of them...(hehehe...you know it's a complimant rite Marissa)...she's the one yg slalu angkat bakul sendiri...but she have a real good heart....and she's a great friend...
Marissa was my classmate during my Jasin days..and today I had the chance to chat up with her...she doesn't seem to change one bit...but then I haven't met her for almost 6 months now...She is now studying at the very exclusive Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland (RCSI)...*standing ovation*...maybe if I had time next year I will go and visit her...we'll see how...
Misses her chattering....the chat session ended when she have to go to study (still thenerd underneath rite??)but with all the exam coming up for her...I will be doing some serious studying too....hearing her subjects make me thankful that I had a very easy sailing 1st sem...a sem without any exam...she got like 5-6 exam n some subject that I only touch this year....there are 2 ways to study medicine that I know off...1 is like ours where we study by subject ; Physiology, Pharmaco, Surgery, Anatomy, Histology, etc....the 2nd one is you study by part of the bodies..for instance ; lower limb, abdomen, thoracic cavity, etc....and then you'll be studying everything about that part of the body; biochem, physiology, histology, anatomy, etc... all at the same time...I'm not sure wether my views are correct or not....but the second one sounded vicious.....
Burr..thinking about all this thing makes me think about Anatomy and Histology exam coming up in like 2 more weeks...AHHHH!!!...~freaking out time~...i really should freak out and go study..ok..I try to study tomorrow....I try study at night...when I couldn't sleep..so I will have enough sleep in the morning since it's the hols and everything....
YEA!! GAMBATE dla....let's go!!!
the circus is coming to town!!!
So last Friday after finishing class (which ended badly because the teacher wouldn't sign our credit book..sigh) anyway me and Kak Hir had planned to go to the circus for awhile..so we decided to go there that day.....
The circus we went this year is much BETTER than the one we went last year because of a number of reasons
- lots more cute animal (thought these animal should be free but they're so darn cute)
- the jokes aren't stupid
- the peoples are pretty great
There were bears, wolves, snakes, crocodiles, cheetas, spiderman, the green goblin, father christmas..and lots more....the circus was pretty much oriented for children and me and Kak Hir had enjoyed ourselves emiersly...I even took pictures with the snake and crocodiles..always wanted to feel the snakes....
The intriguing part of the whole experience is that my Russian is pretty bad...but I get most of the jokes...the clown are pretty funny..and I also notice that the silent joke are pretty much universal...I mean you can get it eventhought you don't understand the language...and I do think that Charlie Chaplin is a great man because of what he did... remind me of a song that J-Five (not J from the group 5ive) did on him to remember his contributon to the great guy..here's a snipet..
Modern Time (J-Five feat. Charlie Chaplin)
And it's a Talent most people should learn,
How to Make you laugh without saying a word,
People have to yell nowadays to get heard,
But Charlie was a man and that man could turn,
Serious, into delirious, he had A myriad of ways to paint a smile,
and Every woman in the house went, oh
If they wanted to act, they better act on cue so
{Refrain:}
He hicked the game go figure
Had no time for gold diggers
The Mack daddy of the 1930's,
I'm Kicking back on the couch watching modern times
One more time Rise 'em up
Hold that thought I got a vision,
it's intense I want a globe I can bounce off of people's heads
And when the earth starts shaking, people will commence
In a laughter, without one word being said
Does anybody here want to hear my voice
Or is silence the golden choice
{au Refrain}
